yoga therapy
With one on one sessions, in this 8 weeks program I can help you transform your mental health by the help of different yoga tools - and they are not physical exercises - .
Breathing exercises (pranaymas) and meditation (dhyana) are the two pillars of this program, and among many other techniques and ancient knowledge, we will work together to improve your body, mind and vital energy level, providing a sensation of belonging, inner peace and improving the your confidence levels.
In one hour per week, during 8 weeks, I’ll help you go through the program developed just for you, according to your routine and lifestyle.
During the one hour individual sessions, I’ll be sharing the ancient knowledge while you can feel safe to share the challenges you are facing in life, so we can go through it together. And like that, for 2 months we’ll be working together. I will help you to stick with a daily meditation practice and other mental and physical health practice’s routine.
We’ll be covering topics such as understanding more about life's purpose, how to communicate and interact with each other in a harmonious way, and how to deal with our feelings and emotions.​
Yoga is much more than the physical postures, which is just a small part of this holistic, ancient science. It is about finding your true nature, unblocking traumas and having a better view about our inner and outer world.
The aim of this educational program is to enable you to believe more in your inner power without being dependent on me or anyone else. With the help of meditation, breathing techniques, conversation and understanding, as well as the use of different therapeutic techniques, we can make a huge change to your lifestyle.

pranic healing
Pranic Healing is a touchless therapy technique on which the therapist is able to diagnose and measure the patient body's energy. By feeling the energy of the aura and of each and every chakra, it is possible to identify and accelerate the healing process of any physical, mental and emotional disorder.

A BRIEF UNDERSTANDING ABOUT YOGA:

When you think about yoga, what’s the first thing that comes to your mind? Flexible, young and skinny bodies? It’s okay if that was your answer, as this is mostly what we see if we enter the crowded modern yoga studios. But I want to tell you what yoga actually is.
First, delete from your mind everything you’ve learned about it and let’s start from where we should - the beginning: yoga was born many centuries ago as a spiritual practice, when posting hard postures on Instagram was far from being trendy.
And by spiritual practice I mean a bunch of self-developing techniques and philosophy to guide you towards your inner Self, your true nature - which is no different from the Divine nature.
Yoga teaches us to detach from the wrong perception of who we are and acknowledge our real essence, uniting with the Higher Consciousness creator of all things.
The physical aspect of it (asanas) that you know as yoga, is just a small part of this whole universe that combines moral aspects, body cleansing, breathing, postures, concentration and meditation.
So yes, yoga is for everybody! For every age and body type.
It is for those who seek liberation or just a better place within, and there are 4 paths one can follow: the path of selfless service or action (karma yoga); the path of devotion (bhakti yoga); the path of knowledge (gnana yoga); and the royal path of meditation (raja).

MY CLASSES
​
I learned hatha yoga in India, which is the most traditional yoga style.
In my classes we’ll be mainly practicing postures, breathing exercises and meditation, everything according to your needs at each and every meeting.
​
Individual/personal sessions or for small groups (beginners or not), the classes can be online or in person, if you live in San Francisco.
